Work in Japanese company.
Occupation:Sales, Teacher, Office job, translator(English and Chinese)

Start to work from 2006, had continued to work up to 30.

Then, I didn't have a time to cook by myself, always ate out and I had gotten ulcerative colitis,

So, I had start to cook for my health, now I can triumph over the disease.

I think that it was a good chance for me to cook not to use food additives as few as possible, lower cost and delicious home cuisine.








I want let foreigners know what Japanese sensibilities, knowledge, life style through cooking simmered fish.



Currently, I have brushed up my cooking, English, Chinese skill every day for opening cooking class for foreigners at Oita Prefecture two years later.

I would return my favor to my parents, friends, my hometown, and Japan!
