A Chinese guest has come to Japanese Simmered Fish Cooking Class in the first week of Dec.(^^)

So, I had prepared recipes for Chinese and done lesson in Chinese.



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



He is from Shanghai and seems to cook in his home.

It was most impressive for him to use Japanese soup stock.

“Soup stock is not only used for Simmered Fish, but also used for sauce with boiled spinach, miso soup, fish dish. It is so versatile!”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



He had been to Japan many times, but this is first time for him to talk with local people.

So he asked me about my lifestyle in Japan.

When I was university student, I had stayed in Shanghai.

So I was surprised that how shanghai has changed over time.There are 16 lines of subway!

But, the subway in Tokyo is so complicated for him.(^^;)
