Recently, I have controlled the taste of simmered fish to be light.
Because, it’s not good to take much salt or sugar content.
Furthermore , I have the method to get simmered fish delicious, even if small amount of soy sauce is put in.
Then, I saw the recipes which has submitted to the guests on the recipes so far..
What’s a amount !?
It was specified “3 table spoon of soy sauce” on the recipes.
But It’s enough to put “2 table spoon” though.
Of course, I revised the recipes immediately (^^;)
I remember the words that My mother told me,”you prefer to eat strong taste meal,that’s why be careful not to take too much salt and sugar content.”
Also,One guest who came to Japanese Simmered Fish Cooking Class said to me “ it seems to contain slightly more salt”.
Then, I had looked back on the my dietary habits so far to understand myself why I prefer to eat strong taste
Three years ago, I had eaten lunch and dinner out at least five days per weeks.
I mostly have eaten beaf rice bowl(^^;)
I really preferred to eat strong and oily taste.
It was usual for me to eat strong taste at that time.
If you always eat out, you would take too much salt and sugar contents unconsciously.
But, The characteristic of Japanese cuisine is light taste in order to take full advantage of ingredients,
You wouldn’t take too much salt and sugar content if you understand how to cook Japanese cuisine.
