狸小路は札幌の１００年以上の歴史を持つ商店街だ。９０年代から人の流れが札幌駅方面に移ってしまいすたれる一方だった。しかし近頃安くなった家賃のためか若いデザイナーとか面白い店が出来始め若者の街に戻りつつある。狸神社というのがあって、病んでいる所を心を込めて撫でるとその病気が良くなると言われている。おかしなことにこの狸の頭とたまたまだけがすり減ってキンキラキンなのだ。いったいどうしてなのかなー？
Racoon Dog street is beloved shopping arcade in Sapporo established well over 100 years ago. Since 1990th however had in trouble cause of customer stream changed to Sapporo station area. Now however shows a recovery signs because of comparatively cheaper rent, many young fashion designers and interesting small shops opened doors. There is Racoon dog shinto shrine and it is said to cure illness if you touch the part you are in trouble. Strangely racoon's head and balls are worn out shinny. How come...?
帰りました。オランダの天気を観るとオランダ人のなるようになるさという性格が隠れ見えたりして面白い。人は優しいし良い国だと思う。ファンフェーンのコンサートをカレ王立劇場で観ました。昔の彼よりも少し老いてメランコリックな今の方が良いと思う。コンサートが終わったあとで彼と少し世間話する機会があった。美味しいもの食べたし美味しいビール飲んだし美味しい煙吸ったし、とても楽しいアムステルダムでした。ただ繁華街の朝１時までやってるカフェバーのキッチンが１０時に閉まるなんて言う話しはないだろうが。いわしのサンドで昼飯。
Home again! Netherlands weather forces you to stay calm and optimistic in life. After the rain, it always comes sun kind of philosophy you need. Lovely country with lovely people. Was Hermann van Veen concert at Carrè Royal Theatre Amsterdam. He is as great as before, but I prefer present van Veen who looks a bit tired and melancholic. After the concert I had a chance to chat with him. I had good time, good foods, good beer and good smoke. But the kitchen closes at 22hr in Leidesplein Cafè-bar which opens until 25hr is no good! Heeringsbrodje for lunch.
On my way home from BKK on board Qatar Air Airbus 330-200. Beautiful Syrian landscape underneath. On this very moment people are killed en mass because of their longing for freedom. Cannot believe such a heartless thing happens in such a beautiful place from above. Many national flags carries red colour, for example Switzerland, Japan, Indonesia so on, they are symbol of blood we had to pay to earn freedom we now enjoy. PRC flag is different. Their red is blood of 7-10 million people who were killed by Mao and his communist party either by hunger or political reasons. And PRC is still bleeding... just think about Nobel Peace Prize last year.
バンコックから家に帰る途中カター航空エアバス３３０ー２００でシリアの上空を飛ぶ。今この瞬間にも民衆は心ない独裁者アサドにより虐殺されている。こんなきれいな所でそんなひどいことがおきているなんて！インドネシアや日本、そしてスイスの国旗の赤は独立と自由を勝ち取る為に流された血を表している。ただ中国の国旗の赤は毛沢東と共産党に飢餓と政治的理由で殺戮された７００万人から１千万人の人民の血の色なのだ。そして中国はいまだに血を流している。昨年のノーベル平和賞を考えてみたらわかります。
Cut 300g veal meat into thin stripe. Chop 2/1 onion into small dice.
Heat the butter and fry the diced onion then veal golden brown.
Add 1 cup gravy to the pan and cook 2 minutes. Add half cup cream or sour cream.
decorate with chopped persil as you like. Goes with noodle, rice or authentical Swiss Röschiti.

仔牛の肉３００グラムを薄く千切りにします。玉葱半個をみじん切りにしバターを暖めたフライパンで黄金色になるまで炒めます。
グレービーソース１カップを加え２分ほど煮ます。最後にクリームかクリームフレッシュを加え一煮立ちさせます。
パセリのみじん切りをパラパラと散らせて出来上がり。パスタにも御飯にも合いますが本当にスイス風ならロシチですね。
さてさて、どの仔牛が一番美味しそうかな？
Maruyama in Sapporo is a easy hiking mountain. Only 240 Meters high, good walking path brings you to the peak in only 30-50 minutes depends on how you climb. On the pathway there are 78 Jizo statues, which is said to be Shikoku immigrants longed for their home island's pilgrim way " 78 holly places in Shikoku" and made it. Kindergarten kids bring sweets, toys and seasonal clothes, it's a cute site to see. Jizos are lost children, many by abortions, Japanese people believe their spirits can not cross the river of Sanzu to Nirvana, therefor wait kids their parents arrive by playing with stones at riverside. That's why some people place a small stone to Jizo. This is sad, yet deep impressive "yasashisa" moment.
札幌の円山は簡単な山だ。たったの２４０メートルの高さ、歩きやすい山道を３０から５０分登ると札幌が一望できる山頂に着く。面白いのはこの道には四国７８巡礼にちなみ、７８カ所に地蔵様が置かれている事。これは四国から移住して来た人々が故郷を偲んで建立したと聞く。例えば京都からの移住者は札幌に伏見とか円山とかの名を残した。お地蔵様達は冬になるとちゃんとアノラックを着、幼稚園児達の作った前垂れを着けている。日本人は仏の教えをまだ知らない子供達の魂は三途の河を渡れず河原で石と遊びながら親の来るのを待っていると信じていた。だから石を置いて行く人もいる。悲しいがとても静謐な思いやりだとも思う。
In Japan rolled sponge cake is sold as Swiss Roll. What a hell is Swiss Roll? You bring a Swiss guy or girl, any Canton will do but if you like liquor flavour choose French part, wash well under running water, then dry. Spread Futon mat and place him/her in the middle. 日本ではロールケーキをスイスロールと呼びます。でもスイスロールっていったいなんでしょう？ まずスイス人の男か女を用意します。どこのカントンのスイス人でも良いのですがお酒のフレーバーが好みならフランス語圏を選んで下さい。よく水洗いしてから布団の真ん中にそのスイス人を置きます。注意しながら巻いて行けばできあがり。ワサビと醤油でいただきます。明日はスイスボールの話しをしましょう。
Föhn in my village. Otherside of mountains lies depression, which crushes against Alpen mountain south walls and let entire rain empty there. That's was heavy rainfall in Northern Italy yesterday and 5 people still are missing. This side (North) only dry now enlightened air blows down in speed. This is Föhn. Some people get headache out of it.
フェーンの空。村の南の山を超えるとイタリアです。アルプス南側にある低気圧が山にぶつかり、湿った空気は雨になって降ります。昨日北イタリアで行方不明者５人を出した集中豪雨はこれでした。空っぽになって乾いた空気は軽いのでアルプスを超えて北側の斜面をかけ抜けます。これがフェーン現象。頭痛に悩まされる人もいるようです。
Sunny day yesterday. Cause I live in a valley I have only around 5 hours sun at the moment a day. If I get out home I find plenty of sunny spots near by though.
