Today, we received confirmation of the Harvard University delegates who will be attending the Tokyo conference.
Everyone has been busy with their work, sourcing for sponsorship, planning itinerary, working on the conference plans etc. As 2009 comes to an end, the beginning of 2010 means that we are on the verge of turning our ideas and plans into reality. Are you ready for the exciting days ahead?
On another note, we had a HCAP Bounenkai (忘年会) last week. For the benefit of those who do not know what a bounenkai is, it is a year end gathering to celebrate the end of the year in Japanese fashion. Literally translated, it means to forget the year. For a foreign student who entered university barely understanding Japanese, this will be one of those years in my life which would be rather difficult to forget :p
