Few years ago, I had this delicious Japanese style fried chicken in Los Angeles, made by a friend. It was sooo good, I said “You really should open a restaurant!”
And she did!!
Ponko Chicken opened up in Atlanta where she lives.
So crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
The secret is in the sauce which is sweet and savory!!
Ponko has such a cute ring to its name too!

その名も、PONKO CHICKEN
日本語で読むと、ポンコ、になりますが、
彼女のレストランは、アトランタにあります。
ちょっと南部訛りで言うと、PONKOが、
パン粉、
と聞こえるから不思議。
さすがのネーミング！
このチキンが美味しいの！
