Here I am, with Chef Saito, going over the recipe of the day!

 

 

In this episode, Chef Saito taught us how to make 2 delicious dishes using squid.

First, Ika Daikon, squid and daikon braised in a umami packed broth.

Secondly, squid sauteed in butter and soy sauce. OH!! This will definitely make you hungry as you make it!!
