乗 船 開 始
乗船前のセキュリティーチェックと出国イミグレーションをパスした人達は、ボーディングブリッジを通り、スペクトラムオブザシーズへ続々と乗船していました。
私たちは出国イミグレーションで30分ほど時間が余計にかかってしまいましたので、時刻は、30分遅れの午後12:00頃 でした。

スペクトラムオブザシーズの乗船システム
①チェックなしの流れ込み乗船
スペクトラムオブザシーズは、他船と異なり、クルーズカードは、キャビン内のベッド上に置かれています。チェックインでカードを受け取るシステムではありません。
チェックインでカードを受け取っている場合は、乗船口にて、カードの読み取りチェックを行い、本人確認を行った上で乗船します。
しかしながら、スペクトラムオブザシーズでは全くチェックはありません。流れ込むように船内へ入っていくことができます。

ロイヤルカリビアンインターナショナル社では、シーパスカードと称しています。
②マスターステーションで、避難訓練
海上における人命の安全のための国際条約（SOLAS条約）では乗船後、24時間以内に避難訓練を行うことを義務付けています。
コロナパンデミック以前と異なり、マスターステーションへ全員集合しての訓練は行いません。
現在では、乗船後、個別にマスターステーション（避難場所）へ行き簡単な説明を聞き自由行動となります。
マスターステーションは、キャビン毎に決められており、その場所へ行く必要があります。（Pic.1 ” E2 ”は私のキャビンのマスターステーションです。）
どのクルーズ船でも同様ですが、スペクトラムオブザシーズでも、必ずキャビンの準備が整う時刻または、準備が整った時刻が船内放送されます。そして自分のキャビンへ行き、ベッド上に置かれているクルーズカードを受け取り、カードに記入されているマスターステーションへ駆けつけなければなりません。
そこでは、ライフジャケットの装着の仕方等、避難時に必要な事項を説明しています。その説明を聞いた後、Pic.2のように、マスターステーションへ行き、クルーズカードまたは、船内アプリを提示して係員から終了チェックを受けます。
（今回のシンガポール〜東京のクルーズでは、既にキャビンの準備が整っていて、乗船後直ぐに自分のキャビンへ入ることができました。）
③乗船完了
これで乗船完了です。この後は、レストランにて美味しいランチをいただいてください。逆にランチ後、マスターステーションへ行ってもOKです。

Embarkation Start
After passing the pre-boarding security check and departure immigration, the passengers went through the boarding bridge and boarded the Spectrum of the Seas one after another.
We spent an extra 30 minutes at departure immigration, so we were 30 minutes late, around 12:00 PM.

(1) Flow-in boarding without check
Unlike other ships, Spectrum of the Seas has a cruise card system whereby your cruise card is placed on your bed in your cabin. This is not a system where you receive your card at check-in.
If you have received your card at check-in, your card will be checked at the embarkation gate and your identity will be verified before you board the ship.
On Spectrum of the Seas, however, there is no check at all. You can enter the ship as if you were flowing in.
(2) Evacuation Drill at the Master Station
The International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS Convention) requires that an evacuation drill be conducted within 24 hours of embarkation.
Unlike before the Corona pandemic, drills are not conducted with everyone assembled at the master station.
Nowadays, after boarding the ship, passengers usually go individually to the master station (evacuation site) for a brief briefing and then go on their own.
The master station is assigned to each cabin and must be visited. (Pic.1 " E2" is the master station for my cabin)
There, you will be briefed on how to put on your life jacket and other necessary matters in case of evacuation. After listening to that explanation, as shown in Pic.2, you go to the master station, present your cruise card, and get a check from the attendant for the completion of the evacuation drill.
(3) Boarding completed
Boarding is now complete. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant. On the other hand, you can go to the master station after lunch.
(Note) What is Master Station?
A safe place to gather in case of an emergency.
At RCI, it is called the "assembly station."
