プール工事最終日AM Pool construction final day AM
今日は、プール工事の最終日です、暑さにみんなやられそうだけど、やっとここまでたどり着けました
Thanks to god ! today is going to be a final day of construction. We had so many hot days and everybody is very exhausted.
最初にプールの水を受けるシートを天日に干しておきます
First thing is to put the skimmer under the sun to dry.
プールの中心にコイル状になったアルミ製の板を置き、円の外側に広げていきます、昨日までにセットしておいたレールに板の底をはめ込みます
Put the coiled alluminum sheet on the center of the circle. Then uncoil it toward to the outskirts of the circle. Put the bottom eddge on the rail which I set up yestaurday.
板の縁と縁をつなぎ合わせます、すると大きなリングになります
Conect the both ends and it become a huge ring.
砂を円の内側に盛ります、そして完璧な円を形取ります、この作業がこのプール作りで一番大事な作業です、少しでも円がくるっているとプールが崩れるかもしれないからです
Make a cove arround with sand and make a perfect circle. This is the most important part of the work.If it isn't a perfect circle, it would corrapse.
トンボとほうきで地面をキレイにならします、足跡あるとプール底が凸凹なるからです、FG コ リーダーの中河さんに頂いた麦藁帽子が似合うでしょ、ここまでが午前の作業です
Use a bloom to take off all foot prints and make a mirror finish surface. If you don't, you would have a bumppy bottom. I am wearing a straw hat that Nakagawa-san gave me. ( nice looking)
プール工事3日目 午後 Pool construction 3rd day PM
午後からは、プールの形 土台になるレールをセットします
From the afternoon, We set up the rails for the pool.
カンタンに見えますが、意外と大きな円に対して１６分割の部品を均等に合わせるのが難しいのです
It seems so easy, but putting 16 rails equally for the circle this big. It is so dificult.
せっかくキレイにならした砂に足跡をつけないように気を付けます
Try not to put foot marks on the ground.
均等にセット出来ました、明日は朝から風の無いうちにプールの壁作りに入ります、段々プールらしくなります
Set the rails perfect. For tomorrow, we are going to install pool wall when it's not windy. It is getting to look like POOL.
プール工事3日目 午前 Pool costruction 3rd day AM
今日も朝からプール工事です、FG メンバーのブラッド、アレックスと朝7時からスタート、基礎工事で結構苦労しました
From 7am, I started work with Brad and Alex the FG menber. We had hard time with the foundation work.
今回作っているプールは、地上式なので、基礎工事がとても大事です、完璧な水平を出さないといけません
The pool that we are installing is sitting on the ground so we have to do the good job on the foundation work or we would collapse the pool. The ground has to be perfect horizontal.
砂を均等にならす、測量用のスコープで何回も地面の高さをチェック、最大1センチ以内でおさめる
We spread sand equal, use the transit check over and over again to see the level of the ground within 1 cm.
昼食は隣にあるすき屋です（3日連続です）、アレックスは3日連続で、キムチ牛丼と生卵ですこれが彼の定番です、店内で涼みながら彼の母国、アフリカの事で話が盛り上がる、機会があればケープタウンに行ってみたい
For the lunch, we went to SUKIYA( 3times in a roll). Alex likes his beef bowl with kimuchi egg on the top.While we are spending time in the store, Alex told me interestings about his country Africa. If I have a chance go to Africa, I would like to go to Cape Town.
ノリノリは脱水状態 Norinori is dehydrated
今日の私ノリノリは、２日間プール工事で熱中症、かなり熱い ヤバイ
2 days of hard working outside in the heat for pool construction. I am dead hot! !

プール工事スタート Pool construction starts
昨日はブログをUP出来なくてすみません、どうやらデジカメを無くしてしまい、プール工事の様子の写真が掲載できなくなってしまいショックです、新しいカメラを購入したので、明日からいっぱい写真をUPします、今日の写真はi phoneで取ったのを掲載します
I lost my digital camera yestaurday and I cold not put any pictures of constuction for pool. But today I bought the new camera so I will put up more pictures from tomorrow. The picture shown today is taken by my i phone.
前面タイルが貼ってあったのですが、すべて取り除き、土との戦いです、地上式プールなので、完璧な水平を出さないといけません、素人には難しい作業です、新東サービスの中河さんにも色々と手伝ってもらいとてもありがたいです
There used be tiles on the ground and we took all away and try to get the ground fine level on the surface. The pool is going to be above the ground and it needs to be perfect horizontal. For beginer like me, it is a hard work. Nakagawa-san the FG coleader helped me a lot to install and it is very (FG).
明日には何とかプールらしくしたいと思います、とにかく熱いです

夕方から、FGメンバーのバー担当の地元三人に来てもらい、FG プールバーの打ち合わせ、色々と専門的な事で、どう皆さんに（FG）になってもらうかで話し込む
FGプールバーは来週からプレオープンする、いよいよオープンだ楽しみに
In the evening, FG menbers who does the bartenders got together and discuss about how we operate the FG pool bar. We will try to make verybody become (FG).
FG pool bar is going to test open from next week. It's comming soon !
