日曜日、国際コーチ連盟日本支部（ ICF Japan ） の前代表であり
現副代表である新堀進さんをお招きして「おまねきの心」について
お話を伺うという「ブランチ会」がありました。
新堀さんは富裕層向けサービス企業の社長でもいらっしゃるので、
働く女性数名がリクエストしてこの日に至りました。
お話の内容は「ワーク アンド ラブ バランスの実現をめざして」。
「豊かな人生を送るには、日本人が世界に誇るおもてなしの心をもって
仕事と人に接すること」ということを、エグゼクティブコーチとして
目標設定と達成方法をも取り入れてお話してくださいました。
現状を変えたい、さらによいものにしたいと思っているのであれば、
まず自分が変わっていくこと。そして仕事でもプライベートでも
人間関係において常に「おもてなしの心」をもって接すること。
それによりまわりも自分も豊かになり、より素晴らしい自分や環境に
変わっていくというお話でした。
洗練されたすてきなレストランでブランチを食べながら、
魅力あふれる新堀さんのお話を伺って大変有意義な週末を送ることが
できました。
さらに参加した女性私にとって始めてお会いした方々でしたが、
みなさんチャーミングで前向きでした。新しい出会いにも感謝です。
Last Sunday we had a Branch Gathering welcoming Mr. Susumu Shinbori who is a former president and current vice president of International Coach Federation Japan Chapter（ICF Japan
）
and listening to his speech about “Spirit of hospitality (Omotenashi Spirit)”.
Since Mr. Shinbori is also a president of the company whose service is assisting the high-class clientele, we, girls planned and requested him to give this opportunity for us.
The topic was “To accomplish Work & Love Balance.”
He talked about “To have an enriched life we should communicate and work with people having a spirit of hospitality that we, Japanese can proud of.” He included the technique of goal-setting and goal-achieving as an executive coach.
He said that if you want to change your life or create your better life, you have to change yourself first.
You have to establish a good relationship with people both in your business and private life.
It makes not only around you but also you feel enriched. In result, it makes you and your surroundings better.
While eating branch at the sophisticated fancy restaurant, we could listen to the wonderful speech from experienced dandy Mr. Shinbori. We had a very productive day. Additionally, I am thankful today’s branch gathering for meeting new friends who were very charming and positive.
