日本最大級のコーチングのイベント「コーチングフェスタ 2013 in TOKYO
」

（JACT主催）が9月23日（月・祝）に大正大学巣鴨校舎で行われます。

今年は5回目の開催で様々なコーチング団体やコーチング企業が分科会を

行います。

コーチングのプロからコーチングに興味のある方どなたでも参加頂けます。

国際コーチ連盟日本支部（International Coach Federation Japan Chaper/

ICF Japan)も第一部に分科会を行います。

先週月曜日に参加団体の説明会があり、私も運営委員として

ICF Japanの代表と出席しました。

今年、ICF Japanは「国際コーチ連盟(ICF)」の主軸である

「コア・コンピテンシー」の日本語訳を改訂したこともあり、

コーチングフェスタで「世界的なガイドライン「ICFコア・コンピテンシー」を

新しい日本語訳で学ぶ！」というタイトルで分科会を行います。

コア・コンピテンシーはコーチの基本です。

日本語訳を担当したICF Japanのメンバーが丁寧に解釈の説明を致します。

翻訳の苦労話も聞くことができるかもしれません。

きっと楽しく学ぶことができると思います。

世界的なガイドライン「ICFコア・コンピテンシー」を新しい日本語訳で学ぶ！

Japan’s largest coaching event “Coaching Festa 2013 in TOKYO” (JCAT hosting) will be held in Taisho University Sugamo Campus on September 23th, 2013.

This event is 5^th year and many organizations and coaching companies will have their seminars.

The professional coaches and anyone who are interested in coaching can attend this event.

ICF Japan (International Coach Federation Japan Chapter) is having a seminar in the morning.

I attended the explanatory meeting with ICF Japan head director last Monday.

This year ICF Japan is having a seminar titling “Leaning the world’s guideline ICF Core Competency with a new version of Japanese translation.”, since ICF Japan has renewed the translation of Core Competency. Core Competency is the principal of International Coach Federation.

Core Competency is also the foundation of being a coach.

ICF Japan members who were in charge of the translation of Core Competency will be the instructors at the seminar.

You may listen to the difficulties whey faced during the translation. I am sure you can enjoy learning the Core Competency.

Please come to the ICF Japan’s seminar, if you are thinking like “What is Core Competency?” I want to learn Core Competency from the beginning.” or “I want to have a deeper understanding of Core Competency.”
