Behold, the LORD's eyeis on those who fear him, On those who hope in his lovingkindness.
19)彼らのたましいを死から救い出し、ききんのときにも彼らを生きながらえさせるために。
To deliver their soul from death, To keep them alive in famine.

21)人の道は主の目の前にあり、主はその道筋のすべてに心を配っておられる。
For the ways of man are before the eyes of LORD. He examines all his paths.
22)悪者は自分の咎に捕えられ、自分の罪のわなにつながれる。
The evil deeds of the wicked ensnare him. The cords of his sin hold him firmly.
23)彼は懲らしめがないために死に、その愚かさが大きいためにあやまちを犯す。
He will die for lack of instruction. In the greatness of his folly, he will go astray.
箴言15章3節/proverbs 15:3
主の御目はどこにでもあり、悪人と善人とを見張っている。
The LORD's eyes are everywhere, keeping watch on the evil and the good.
Indeed, who despise the day of small things? For these seven shall rejoice, and shall see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbavel. These are the eys of the LORD (seven spirits of God), which run back and forth through the whole eretz.
But there also false prophets among the people, as among you also there will be false teachers, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, denying even the Master who bought them, bringing on themselves swift destruction.

第一コリント15章/1Corinthians 15
33)思い違いをしてはいけません。友だちが悪ければ、良い習慣がそこなわれます。
Don't be deceived! "Evil companionships corrupt good morals."
And above all things be earnest in your love among yourself, for(the) love(of the one who turns sinners back from the path of error) covers a multitude of sins.

罪人を迷いの道から引き戻す者とは、自分の目から梁を取りのけた者の事でもあるのが分かります。
We can see that the one who leads the sinner back from the way of the lost is also the one who has removed the beam from his own eye.
