エレミヤ書９章/Jeremmiah 9 (HNV)
13）主は仰せられる。「彼らは、わたしが彼らの前に与えたわたしの律法を捨て、わたしの声に聞き従わず、それに歩まず、
The LORD says, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not obey my voice, neither walked therein,
14）彼らのかたくなな心のままに歩み、先祖たちが彼らに教えたバアルに従って歩んだ。
But have walked after the stubborness of their own heart, and after the Ba'alim, which their fathers taught them;
15）それゆえ、イスラエルの神、万軍の主は、こう仰せられる。「見よ。わたしは、この民に、苦よもぎを食べさせ、毒の水（胆汁）を飲ませる。
Therefore thus says the LORD of Hosts, the God of Yisra'el, Behold, I will feed them, even this people, with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink.
16）彼らも先祖たちも知らなかった国々に彼らを散らし、剣を彼らのうしろに送り、ついに彼らを絶滅させる。」
I will scatter them also among the nations, whom neither they nor their fathers have known; and I will send the sword after them, until I have consumed them.
エレミヤ書23章/Jeremiah 23
11）実に、預言者も祭司も汚れている。私の家の中にも、わたしは彼らの悪を見いだした。―主の御告げ。―
For both prophet and Kohen are profane; yes, in my house have I found their wickedness, says the LORD.
12）それゆえ、彼らの道は、暗やみの中のすべりやすい所のようになり、彼らは追い散らされて、そこに倒れる。わたしが彼らにわざわいをもたらし、刑罰の年をもたらすからだ。―主の御告げ。―
Therefore their way shall be to them as slippery places in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall therein; for I will bring evil on them, even the year of their visitation, says the LORD.
13）サマリヤの預言者たちの中に、みだらな事をわたしは見た。彼らはバアルによって預言し、わたしの民 イスラエルを惑わした。
I have seen folly in the prophets of Shomron; they prophesied by Ba'al, and caused my people Yisra'el to err.
14）エルサレムの預言者たちの中にも、恐ろしいことをわたしは見た。彼らは姦通し、うそをついて歩き、悪を行なう者どもの手を強くして、その悪からだれをも戻らせない。彼らはみな、わたしには、ソドムのようであり、その住民はゴモラのようである。
In the prophets of Yerushalayim also I have seen a horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies; does return from his wickedness: they are all of them become to me as Sedom, and the inhabitants of it as 'Amorah.
15）それゆえ、万軍の主は、預言者たちについて、こう仰せられる。「見よ。わたしは彼らに、苦よもぎを食べさせ、毒の水を飲ませる。汚れがエルサレムの預言者たちから出て、この全土に広がったからだ。」
Therefore thus says the LORD of Hosts concerning the prophets: Befold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall; for from the prophets of Yerushalayim is ungodliness gone forth into all the land.
申命記29章/Deuteronomy 29
16）事実、あなたがたは、私たちがエジプトの地に住んでいたこと、また、私たちが、異邦の民の中を通って来たことを知っている。
For you know how we lived in the land of Mitzrayim, and how we came through the midst of the nations through which you passed;
17）また、あなたがたは、彼らのところにある忌むべきもの、木や石や銀や金の偶像を見た。
And you have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were among them;
18）万が一にも、あなたがたのうちに、きょう、その心が私たちの神、 主を離れて、これらの異邦の民の神々に行って、仕えるような、男や女、氏族や部族があってはならない。あなたがたのうちに、毒草や、苦よもぎを生ずる根があってはならない。
Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turns away this day from the LORD our God, to go to serve the gods of those nations; lest there should be among you a root that bears gall and wormwood;
19）こののろいの誓いのことばを聞いたとき、「潤ったものも渇いたものもひとしく滅びるのであれば、私は自分のかたくなな心のままに歩いても、私には平和がある。」と心の中で自分を祝福する者があるなら、
And it happen, when he hears the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have shalom, though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart, to destroy the moist with the dry.
20）主はその者を決して赦そうとはされない。むしろ、主の怒りとねたみが、その者に対して燃え上がり、この書に記されたすべてののろいの誓いがその者の上にのしかかり、主は、その者の名を天の下から消し去ってしまう。
The LORD will not pardon him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy will smoke against that man, and all the curse that is written in this book shall lie on him, and the LORD will blot out his name from under the sky.
申命記32章/Deuteronomy 32
32）ああ、彼らのぶどうの木は、ソドムのぶどうの木から、ゴモラのぶどうの畑からのもの。彼らのぶどうは毒ぶどう、そのふさは苦みがある。
For their vine is of the vine of Sedom, of the fields of 'Amorah: Their grapes are grapes of gall, Their clusters are bitter:
33）そのぶどう酒は蛇の毒、コブラの恐ろしい毒である。
Their wine is the poison of serpents, The cruel venom of asps.
34）「これはわたしのもとにたくわえてあり、わたしの倉に閉じ込められているではないか。
Isn't this laid up in with me, Sealed up among my treasures?
35）復讐と報いとは、わたしのもの、それは、彼らの足がよろめくときのため。彼らのわざわいの日は近く、来るべきことが、すみやかに来るからだ。」
Vengeance is mine, and recompense, At the time when their foot shall slide: For the day of their calamity is at hand, The things that are to come on them shall make haste.
黙示録14章/Revelation 14 (Inter B)
17）また、もうひとりの御使いが、天の聖所から出て来たが、この御使いも、鋭いかまを持っていた。
And another angel came out of temple in heaven, having also he a sickle sharp.
18）すると、火を支配する権威を持ったもうひとりの御使いが、祭壇から出て来て、鋭いかまを持つ御使いに大声で叫んで言った。「その鋭いかまを入れ、地の(毒）ぶどうのふさを刈り集めよ。(毒）ぶどうはすでに熟しているのだから。」
And another angel came out of the altar, having authority over the fire, and he called in a voice loud to the one having the sickle sharp, saying, Put forth your sickle sharp, and gather the clusters from the (poisonous) vine of the earth, because have fully ripened the (poisonous) grapes of it.
19）そこで御使いは地にかまを入れ、地の(毒）ぶどうを刈り集めて、神の激しい怒りの大きな酒ぶねに投げ入れた。
And put forth the angel the sickle of him to the earth, and gathered the (poisonous) vine of the earth, and cast them into the winepress of the wrath of God great.
ホセア書13章/Hosea 13
12）エフライムの不義はしまい込まれ、その罪はたくわえられている。
The guilt of Efrayim is stored up. His sin is stored up.
13）子を産む女のひどい痛みが彼を襲うが、彼は知恵のない子で、時が来ても、彼は母体から出て来ない。
The sorrow of a travailing woman will come on him. He is an unwise son; For when it is time, he doesn't come to the opening of the womb.
ローマ２章/Romans 2
５）ところが、あなたは、かたくなさと悔い改めのない心のゆえに、御怒りの日、すなわち、神の正しい裁きの現われる日の御怒りを自分のために積み上げているのです。
Because of however the hardness of you and unrepentant heart, you are treasuring up to yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of righteous judgement of God,
６）神は、ひとりひとりに、その人の行ないに従って報いをお与えになります。
Who will give to each, according to the works of him,
７）忍耐をもって善を行ない、栄光と誉れと不滅のものとを求める者には、永遠のいのちを与え、
To those who indeed with endurance in work good, glory and honor and immortality are seeking, life eternal;
８）党派心をもち、真理に従わないで不義に従う者には、怒りと憤りを下されるのです。
To those however of self-interest and disobeying the truth, being persuaded about however unrighteousness wrath and anger;
９）艱難と苦悩とは、ユダヤ人をはじめギリシャ人にも、悪を行なうすべての者の上に下り、
Tribulation and distress upon every soul of man working evil of Jewish both first, and also of Greek;
10）栄光と誉れと平和は、ユダヤ人をはじめギリシャ人にも、善を行なうすべての者の上にあります。
Glory however, and honor, and peace to everyone doing good, to Jewish both first, and to Greek.
11）神にはえこひいきなどはないからです。
Not for there is partiality with God.
使徒８章
22）だから、この悪事を悔い改めて、主に祈りなさい。あるいは、心に抱いた思いが赦されるかもしれません。
Repent therefore of the wickedness of yours this, and pray earnestly Lord, if indeed will be forgiven you the intent of the heart of you;
23）あなたはまだ苦い胆汁と不義のきずなの中にいることが、私にはよくわかっています。
In for the gall of bitterness and the bond of iniquity, I see you being.
へブル12章/Hebrews 12
14）すべての人との平和を追い求め、聖められることを追い求めなさい。聖くなければ、だれも主を見ることができません。
Peace pursue with all, and holiness, which without no one will see the Lord,
15）そのためには、あなたがたはよく監督して、だれも神の恵みから落ちる者がないように、また、苦い根が芽を出して悩ましたり、これによって多くの人が汚されたりすることのないように、
Observing lest any be failing of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness up springing should trouble you , and by this might be defiled the many,
16）また、不品行の者や、一杯の食物と引き替えに自分のものであった長子の権利を売ったエサウのような俗悪な者がないようにしなさい。
Lest there be any fornicator or profane person, as Esau, who for meal one sold the birthright of himself.
黙示録８章
10）第三の御使いがラッパを吹き鳴らした。すると、たいまつのように燃えている大きな星が天から落ちて来て、川々の三分の一とその水源に落ちた。
And the third angel sounded his trumpet, and fell out of heaven a star great, burning like a torch. And it fell upon a third of the rivers, and upon the springs of waters.
11）この星の名は苦よもぎと呼ばれ、川の水の三分の一は苦よもぎのようになった。水が苦くなったので、その水のために多くの人々が死んだ。
And the name of the star is called Wormwood. And became a third of the waters into wormwood, and many of the men died from the waters, because they were made bitter.
