４）わたしの民よ。わたしに心を留めよ。わたしの国民よ。わたしに耳を傾けよ。おしえはわたしから出、わたしはわたしの公義を定め、国々の民の光とする。
５）わたしの義は近い。わたしの救いはすでに出ている。わたしの腕は国々の民をさばく。島々はわたしを待ち望み、わたしの腕に拠り頼む。
６）目を天に上げよ。股下の地を見よ。天は煙のように散り失せ、地も衣のように古びて、その上に住む者は、ぶよのように死ぬ。しかし、わたしの救いはとこしえに続き、わたしの義はくじけないからだ。
７）義を知る者、心にわたしの教えを持つ民よ。わたしに聞け。人のそしりを恐れるな。彼らのののしりにくじけるな。
８）しみが彼らを衣のように食い尽くし、虫が彼らを羊毛のように食い尽くす。しかし、わたしの義はとこしえに続き、わたしの救いは代々にわたるからだ。
９）さめよ。さめよ。力をまとえ。主の御腕よ。さめよ。昔の日、いにしえの代のように。ラハブを切り刻み、竜を刺したのは、あなたではないか。
10）海と大いなる淵の水を干上がらせ、海の底に道を設けて、贖われた人々を通らせたのは、あなたではないか。
11）主に購われた者たちは帰って来る。彼らは喜び歌いながらシオンにはいり、その頭にはとこしえの喜びをいただく。楽しみと喜びがついて来、悲しみと嘆きとは逃げ去る。

46：13）わたしは、わたしの勝利を近づける。わたしの救いは遅れることがない。わたしはシオンに救いを与え、イスラエルにわたしの光栄を与える。
49：５）今、主は仰せられる。―主はヤコブをご自分のもとに帰らせ、イスラエルをご自分のもとに集めるために、私が母の胎内にいる時、私をご自分のしもべとして造られた。私は主に尊ばれ、私の神は私の力となられた。
６）主は仰せられる。「ただ、あなたがわたしのしもべとなって、ヤコブの諸部族を立たせ、イスラエルのとどめられている者(子孫）たちを帰らせるだけではない。わたしはあなたを諸国の民の光とし、地の果てにまでわたしの救いをもたらす者とする。」
56：１）主はこう仰せられる。「公正を守り、正義を行なえ。わたしの救いが来るのは近く、わたしの義が現われるのも近いからだ。」
