Today was rehabilitation day.
My instructor told me that the range of motion in my right shoulder and arm is slightly improving.
So it was a ittle happy day.
When I came home, a red dragonfly had come to the garden and was resting its wings.
It seemed so cute and gentle kind.

오늘은 재활의 날이었습니다.
강사 선생님으로부터 오른쪽 어깨와 팔의 가동역이 조금만 쾌적해지고 있다고 했습니다.
그래서 조금 기쁜 하루가 되었습니다.
집에 돌아오면 정원에 붉간 잠자리 蜻蛉이 와서 날개를 쉬고 있었습니다.
왠지, 그 모습은 매우 귀엽고 상냥해 보였습니다.

Today, Many dragonflies were dancing happily under the autumn sunlight.
Looked at scene was so beautiful that it looked like twinkling stars.

And, I was nervous because I had to undergo treatment at a new hospital last week, but I was relieved because the doctor who treated me was a very good doctor.
A new oral medication has been added, and I would like to make every effort to take it to help my condition heal as quickly as possible.

오늘,가을의 햇빛 아래에서 많은 蜻蛉이 즐겁게 난무하고있었습니다.
그 정경은 마치 별의 반짝임처럼 보이고 매우 깨끗했습니다.
또 올해도 "SHINSHU"에 가을의 계절이 돌아온 것 같습니다.
그리고,지난 주부터 새로운 병원에서 진료를 받게 되었기 때문에 불안했습니다만, 나를 담당하는 의사가 매우 좋은 의사였기 때문에 안심했습니다.
새로운 경구약이 하나 추가되었습니다만, 조금이라도 빨리 치료하기 위해 복용하도록 노력하고 싶습니다.

오늘 SHINSHU는 아침부터 구름이므로 나에게는 보이지 않는다고 생각하지만, 맑은 지역에 사는 사람들에게는 보일지도 모릅니다.
늘이 맑으면 저도 그 신비한 작은 달 보고 싶어요.

This morning, a butterfly and a bee were having a good time eating on the flowers in the garden.
A gentle-looking butterfly with large wings.
A bee that has a small body but seems strong.
It's very heartwarming to see the two of them eating together on the same flower.

Today,, I went to the ``Train School'' at the Chihiro Museum of Art in Azumino, a neighboring village.
This is a train school called ``Tomoe Gakuen'' that appears in the famous story ``Totto-chan at the Window'' written by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi with herself as the main character.
``Tomoe Gakuen'' is a school that adhered to a liberal education policy for children even though it was in wartime around 1940.
Inside the vehicle, there are study tools, vases, blackboards, etc. from that time, and you can imagine the children and teachers who were trying to learn with strength and fun even in the midst of the difficult times of war.

오늘, 옆 마을의 'AZUMINO - CHIHIRO'미술관에 있는 '기차의 학교'에 다녀 왔습니다.
쿠로야나기 테츠코가 자신을 주인공으로 해 쓴 유명한 이야기 '창가의 토트찬' 속에 등장하는 '토모에 학원'이라는 열차 교실입니다.
'토모에 학원”은 1940년경 전시하에 있으면서도, 아이들에게의 자유로운 교육 방침을 관철한 학교입니다'.
차량의 내부에는 그 당시의 공부 도구나 꽃병이나 칠판 등이 있어, 전쟁이라고 하는 힘든 시대의 한가운데에서도 신나고도 즐겁게 배우려고 했던 아이들과 교사들의 수업의 모습이 상상됩니다.

달력이 9월로 바뀌어, “Shinshu”에서는 낮에는 조금 더운 날도 있습니다만 아침과 밤은 상당히 시원해졌습니다.
지난 주말의 황혼 때는 하늘 전체가 주홍색으로 물들어, 완전히 가을의 계절을 느끼는 풍경이었습니다.
그리고, 이번 주는 재활과 진료를 많은 병원에서 받는 주이지만, 오늘의 재활 병원에서는 병원의 의사와 재활의 강사 양쪽 모두로부터 좋은 결과를 받을 수 있었습니다.

I was discharged from the hospital today.
At the end of last month, I suddenly felt unwell and was rushed to the hospital.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who sent me messages on social media and emails expressing concern for my health.
I was on an intravenous drip at the hospital, so I couldn't use my cell phone as much as I wanted so I'm sorry I couldn't reply.
The darkness of the night I could see from the window was very unsettling and scary, However, thanks to everyone all, I was able done best persevere.

지난달 말에 갑자기 컨디션이 나빠져 병원에 긴급 입원했습니다.
