皆既月食 Total eclipse of the moon

赤かったね。

ちょうど、ブータン刺繍のレッスン中でしたが、みんなで「見たいね」ということになり、中断してお散歩。

教室のまわりはビルの谷間。近くの交差点まで行ったら、見えました。

不思議な赤銅色。神秘的でした。

We could see total eclipse of the moon.

At the time of the night, I was instructing Bhutanese embroidery lesson. I and members had a brake to see the moon.

It was very mysterious bronze color.

夏の愛読書 My favorite book of this summer

昼間では大荒れの天気でしたが、午後からは晴れ間も見え、おだやかな秋空になりました。

あちこちの被害の様子を見ると、台風は季節のものだからある程度は仕方ないかもしれないけど、どうかなるべくおだやかに…と、祈る気持ちです。

We had heavy rain in this morning, but we had very clear blue Autumn sky in the afternoon.

It's normal to have typhoon in this season, however, I wish it doesn't give serious damage.

だいぶ涼しくなってきた今頃、今年の夏の愛読書を紹介します。

I would like to introduce my favorite book of this summer, even Autumn had come.

昆虫図鑑。 Insect Encyclopedia.

マニアではありませんが、けっこう昆虫は好きです。昆虫というよりも、自然科学全般に興味あります。

で、この本に話をもどすと、友人の昆虫写真家の鈴木知之さん（なかまうちではファーブル君）が改訂にたずさわっていて、鈴木さんにいただいちゃったの！

鈴木さんは、コナラの四季とか、巻頭のでっかいオニヤンマのとか、後ろのほうの飼育してみようというあたりとか、などなど、企画もののあたりを担当されたのだそうです。

去年、こういうのを撮影していた話をきいていたので、「これだったのね～！」と納得しつつ、楽しく拝読しておりました。

でも、ちょっと残念なのは、この本がいつまでもきれいなこと。私や母がながめただけでは、汚れません。本当は、こういう本って、帰ってきた子供がページをめくって、「これだー！」って見ながら汚れていくのものだと思うんだよね。

I'm interested in grate nature. And I like insects.

A friend of mine, Mr. Tomoyuki Suzuki gave me this book. He is an insects photographer and was engaged in the revision of this book. He told me about how he took photos last year, and now I under stand and enjoy what he meant more.

Unfortunately, this book is very clean still. If my nephews are around, they feel happy to check with this encyclopedia after they find something in the garden.

足だけ写っている猫は、うちのみかん色の末っ子柑太郎です。とてもやんちゃな大人になりました。

大河ドラマにはまっていまして、猫ですが、元服して「柑兵衛」にしちゃおうかなぁ、なんて冗談言ってみたりして。

東西線でばったり lovely surprise in a subway

昨日、電車に座っていたら、向かいの席でじゅんP（あまり伏せていない・・・笑）が手を振っていた！！！

仙台の高校の同級生に、東京の地下鉄でばったり会えるって、どんな偶然！？

Yesterday, when I was taking a train in Tokyo, a woman taking a seat in front of me was waving her hand. She is my higfh school class mate! What a big surprise!!

本当は、降車駅のエスカレーターの近くの車両に乗ろうと思ったけど、案内を探せずに適当に乗ったのでした。だから、同じ電車に乗っても、違う車両だった可能性もある。

彼女は、いつもは仕事している時間だけど、たまたま用事があって早退。用事がすんで帰宅するところだった。

じゅんPにこの前会ったのは８月。仙台市博物館の展示を見ているときだった。

こんな偶然、映画だったら、恋が始まっちゃう～💛

女子高だったから、女性しかいないけどね。

ほんの２～３駅だけだったけど、うれしい偶然に楽しいひとときでした。

What a miracle happen to us!

-There are huge number of trains in Tokyo.

-We studied in Sendai where about 400km apart from Tokyo.

-I tried to find a car whitch is closest to the escalator at the station where I get off, but I couldn't find the indication guide. If I had found, I sat in different car even we are on same train.

-Usually she is working at the time. But, she took leave to do some private thing yesterday.

-I met her last time was in August at a exhbition in Sendai City Museum.

If these things happen in a movie, it must be the beginning of love.

Unfortunately, I studied in girls high school, that cannot happen...

We enjoyed this lovely surprise a lot.
