奇跡！ miracle !

昨日アップした画像は、ブータンのでんでん太鼓と、飾り。

でんでん太鼓は、ブータンではおもちゃではなくて、お坊さんが使う仏具です。

この作品は、わたしが6年ほど前に刺繍したものです。

わたしも気に入っていますが、生徒さんたちの人気も高く、カリキュラムのタシタゲ（八吉祥紋）を刺した後、次の図案に行く前にこれを希望した方が何人かいらっしゃいます。

そんなお気に入りだったのですが、実は、2か月以上前から、行方不明でした。

私も生徒さんたちも、がっかり。

レッスンのときしか鞄から出さないので、どこかの教室から出てきてもよさそうなものなのに。。。と話していました。

新年に悲しい画像もどうかとは思ったのですが、やっぱり好きなものだし、記念になるし、とアップしたあと、そのまま本郷の東京大学仏教青年会の教室へ。

普通にレッスンをしていたら、大きな音をたてて、空き缶が崩れました。

地震でもないのに崩れたものを積みなおしつつ、ふと視線を横に向けると、ホワイトボードの裏に、これがさがっていました！！！

　あった～～～！！！

このタシタゲの刺繍が、見つけてほしくて空き缶の山を崩したんだろう、ということになりました。

奇跡！

Yesterday, I put up the photo of Bhutanese small drum and it's decolation with my embroidery.

This kind of small drums are toys for small kids in Japan but Buddhist fittings in Bhutan.

I embraidered this 6 years ago. I like it so much and very popular among my students. Some of them made this.

But, I lost this a few months ago.

I and my students were disapointed so much.

I wondered to use this photo for new year's greeting, because it's a kind of sad image for us.

However, I used this photo for my memory and went to the lesson yesterday.

After we started lesson, suddenly some empty tin containors fell down noisily.

Why? There was no earthquake!

I went to put those back.
Then, I found this at the back of white board !

We thought, this embroidery made noise to let me find.

What a miracle this comes back to me !!!

ねりま大根 Nerima Daikon

先日、刺繍教室にいらしていた方の持ち物に、目が釘づけ！

これ、なぁに？

A member of my embroidery class had this. What's this???

ねりま大根。

さおり織りのペンケース。

This is a pen case made by hand woven cloth, with Nerima Daikon radish shape.

Nerima Daikon is a kind of Japanese radish, grown in Nerima, Tokyo.

ちょっとスリムな気がするけど、すごくかわいい！

It's a little too slim as Nerima Daikon I think, but so Kawaii !!
