I have look for a Black Avalone Mushroom for months because Maki-mama-san often recommends that. However, I hadn't been able to find that both in Tokyo and Osaka. Two days ago, I finally found that at QUEEN'S ISETAN. It was 598 yen excluding tax, more expensive than that Maki-mama-san buys. This Black Avalone Mushroom is harvested in Nagano prefecture.
まきままさんレシピに従ってごま油で炒めます。
I referred the recipe on Ameba blog articles of Maki-mama-san. I simply stir fried that with sesame oil on the pan.

他の茸のような独特の風味も少なくて肉厚でプリップリ。そのままでも美味しいですが、少し塩をかけたら更に美味しくなりました！これは美味しいわ～。
These have bouncy texture and less strong taste like other mushrooms. It was so good. It was good as it was but I sprinkled salt on that. It was better.
レモンケーキ狩りも継続中。
これはダイソーで2個100円で売ってた山崎製パンのレモンケーキ。こりゃあかん💦ケーキはパサパサ、酸味もほぼなし。
I always look for lemon cakes as well as Maki-mama-san.
This is LEMON CAKE produced by YAMAZAKI Baking Corporation. This was sold for 50 yen at DAISO, the cheapest ever I have tried. It was chocolate coated type lemon cake. It was not good with dried texture cake and less sourness. If you want to have genuine lemon cakes, you need to pay at least around 400 yen.
