週末なのでハンバーガー、アルテスバーガーソースは本当にビッグマックっぽくなります。
I prepared hamburger in the morning yesterday morning like usual weekend. Altesse BURGER SAUCE made this burger being similar with McDonald's BIG MAC.
土曜日は路麺の日
埼玉県まで遠征しました。蕨駅です。駅の向こうに建築中のタワマンが見えますね。西口は再開発中のようです。
I got off the train at JR Warabi Station because Saturday is Romen Day. I went on a travel to Saitama prefecture for Romen Day campaign. This is East gate of the station and you can see the skyscrapers on construction over there. West gate area is under redevelopment to make the city more attractive to live.
最初は山竹という路麺に行く予定だったのですが駅に着いて調べたらこちらの路麺の方が人気のようなので来ました。吾妻屋です。
I thought that I will go to Yamatake but I visited Agatsumaya because it would be better according to the rating on Tabelog. I decided to change the destination after I arrived the station and I didn't know this Romen at all.
色々天ぷらがあります。注文は券売機、残念ながら現金のみですね。お出汁は鰹枯節厚削りのようです。
They stocked various tempura. The ordering machine accepted cash only. Three staffs operated in the kitchen. According to the poster on the wall, they prepared the soup by using thick sliced aged dried bonito.
げそ天そば
I ordered geso-ten soba noodles. It was 600 yen.
蕎麦は普通の製麺所製茹で麺、げそ天はアヅマのような一本タイプです。お汁が独特、出汁風味というよりも醤油が強め、酸味もあるタイプですね。結構好きです。ゲソリン補給完了、ごちそうさまでした。
The soba noodle was ordinary boiled soba noodle produced by a noodle factory. The texture was soft. The geso ten was non cut type like Azuma. It was hard to bite it up. The taste of the soup was unique, not rich dashi flavor but strong soy sauce taste with a little sourness. I like this type of soup as well. I charged gesoline in my body.

This is Yamatame, my first destination on that day. It looks attractive as well. I keep the information of Yamatake on my waiting list.
WE KITCHENというシェアードキッチンを利用した大西北 蘭州牛肉面。本格的な中国麺を提供しているようです。結構人気でした。
This chinese restaurant WE KITCHEN looks good. They serve various types of genuine Chinese noodles and there were many people in it. I didn't know that but WE KITCHEN is a new concept restaurant called cloud kichen, it provides just the kichen to cook meals. It seems The Great Northwest China Lanzhou Beef Noodles uses WE KITCHEN.
お!西友があります。行きたかったんですよね。多分東京では西友だけがだしの力と田靡製麺の出石そば八割が置いてるんです。でも昨日ご紹介した田靡製麺の元祖生そば食感十割そばは置いてませんでした💦
There was SEIYU in this town. I have wanted to go to SEIYU to refill my favorite dried fish broth and dried soba noodles. Only SEIYU has both in Tokyo, probably.
