重慶飯店監修の中華三昧 麻辣湯麺です。ひめこさんが以前紹介していました。とっても久しぶりの半日在宅勤務だったので家ランチ。中華三昧らしいもちもち麺、適度に辛い濃厚スープ。堪能しました。ごちそうさまでした。
This is MYOJO CHUKAZANMAI Malatang Noodles in collaboration with CHUNGKING szechwan Chinese Restaurant. Himeko-san featured this before. Hemeko-san mentioned that the noodles was too soft for the strong soup.
I prepared this for lunch at home because I worked from home on the afternoon. It's been around two months since my last working from home because my role has been changed and busy. It is quite rare to have lunch at home recently weekdays. I felt the soup was strong and good with appropriate spicy. The texture of the noodle was not bad. CHUKAZANMAI series has streangth of its chewy texture of the dried noodles.
