スーパーでぶりのアラが半額で売っていたのでぶり大根を作ってみました。最初に大根をレンチンして、醤油とみりんと酒を適当に入れた汁で煮込んでいきます。昆布も入れました。
I cooked 'buri daikon' simmered yellowtail and Japanese radish because I found discarded portion of yellowtail for half price at the grocery because of almost expired. After Japanese radish was microwaved, I simmered them and yellowtail in the soup with dried kelp. I seasined the soup by soy sauce, mirin sweet sake, sake, of course as appropriate amount,not measured.
20~30分くらい煮込みます。
That was simmered for around 20 to 30 minutes on low flame.
初めて作った割には上手く出来ました。でもちょっとエグ味が出てしまいました。アラって可食部少ないですね。でもぶり大根は大根が主役!日本酒と合いました🍶
This was my first time to cook buri daikon. It was not bad but tasted a bit bitter. I am not sure where the bitter and weird taste came from. And edible parts of yellowtail was less but it was acceptable because the main is Japanese radish that absorbed the Umami of yellowtail. It was suitable with Japanese sake.
