福島県の池田食品工業が作る韃靼玄そばです。
I bought dried dattan soba noodles that is produced by tartary buckwheat flour. This is produced by Ikedaya food coporation based on Fukushima prefecture. I have never tried dried soba noodles that is produced by the company.
韃靼そばは普通のそばよりもルチンが豊富。ルチンで茹でるお湯が黄色くなります。
Tartary buckwheat contains much rutin, a kind of nutrition. This contains 480mg of rutin in 100g. Rutin makes the hot water yellow color while boiling. I am not sure but rutin can make us healthier. Taking enough rutin everyday may improve something but taking dattan soba noodles several times a year wouldn't.

It was good with crisp texture and slightly different flavor coming from tartary buckwheat.
