白龍 純米吟醸生原酒 今朝しぼり
見て下さい、製造年月日が11月13日です。買って飲んだのが11月16日なんですよ。これは新鮮さを期待しちゃいますよね。美味しいお酒でしたが、微発砲を期待していたら、それがなかったので少し残念でした。
This is Hakuryu Junmai Ginjo without sterilization and adding water for adjusting alcohol content level. Take a look at the label on the bottle. The date of production (in sake case, it is meaning the date of bottling) is November 13 and I bought and drank this on November 16, just 3 days later. It sound super fresh, doesn't it? I expected much fresh taste. It was good with well balanced taste but I had expected much more fresh taste with slight carbonated.

Good sake requires hot pot cuisine. I cooked lemon salt soup hot pot again. It was good and suitable with this sake. After finishing to eat hot pot, I cooked lemon salt soup ramen noodles with cheese and black pepper topping. It was so good.
