横浜の鶴見駅で鶴見線に乗り換えです。
Good day.
I am supposed to do Romen activity on Saturday when I am in Tokyo. You guys are expected to follow "Saturdays are Romen Days" campaign. Spring has come, by the way. It was warm and bright yesterday, wasn't it?
I changed trains at Tsurumi Station, this was my first time to take a train of JR Tsurumi Line.
弁天橋駅で降りました。横浜なのに、地方のようなSUICA出入り口。無人駅です。
I got off at Bentenbashi Station. Besides in Yokohama city, Kanagawa prefecture, there was no staff in the station but there were machines of SUICA at exit and entrance.
AGCとJFEの工場以外、何もありません💦
There was nothing in front of the station except of two big factories of AGC (Asahi Glass Corporation) and JFE (Japan Fe Engineering).

I walked through the wide road alongside the highway.
立喰そば・うどん 松の屋
I got to Matsunoya.
完全なロードサイド路麺です。
立ち食いそばを食べるためだけにこんな場所に来る人はいません。あ、居たわ。僕だ💦
As I mentioned before, we call this kind of Romen located beside a wide road and far from a station Roadside Romen. Many cars were parked in front of Matsunoya. There would be no person who visit here for just eating soba noodles. But I know there is a person like that. It is me.
店内はL字型で立ち食いエリアと座って食べるエリアに分かれてます。
The Romen was L shaped inside and separated in a standing area and a sitting area.
天ぷら色々
They had a bunch of tempura in stock, probably cooked by themselves.
メニューです。シンプル。
The menu and price range was very simple, but only cash was available. My smartphone Google Pixel 7a has a feature to edit pictures. I cut out the image of the menu and edit its horizon and angle.
春菊天そばを注文しました。見て下さい、お汁の色が薄い！
I ordered shungiku-ten soba noodles. It was 500 yen. Take a look of the soup, the color of the soup was lighter similar with Kansai style.
これって茹で麺かな？生麺かな？ちょっと判断できません。悪くないです。でも何よりもこの薄い色のお汁です！味も関西風！もしかして川崎系お汁？ごちそうさまでした。
I have no idea about the types of the soba noodles. I am sure that this soba noodles are produced by a noodle factory but I didn't recognized the noodles were boiled noodles or cooked from raw noodles. The soba noodle was not bad anyway.
Anyway, the character of the soba noodle was the soup. The soup had lighter color, ans tasted dried kelp and fish broth taste like Kansai style. It was good.
海を見たかったのですがAGCに阻まれました。
I wanted to see the ocean but AGC facility blocked me to access the ocean.
さあ、ろか散歩♪です。
Let me start Roka Sampo.
Cherry blossoms last only 2 weeks. Full blooming last just few days. Half of petals were already fallen down. But Japanese people have enjoyed the short term of full blooming of cherry blossoms every year.
商店街を鶴見駅に向かって歩きます。
I walked through a shopping street toward to Tsurumi Station.
昭和っぽい八百屋さん。
This shopping street looked old established in Showa Era. There was a very old traditional greengrocer.
刃物店！？？誰がここで何を買うの？何で商売が継続できるのでしょうか？不思議だなあ。
I would like to know why this kind of old cutlery shop can continue to run its business now. Who buy a knife here?
改良軒惣菜店。いいなあ、天ぷらが色々売ってます。
This is Kairyo-ken Sozai-ten (grocery store for fried foods). They were selling various tempura which are good for noodles. I hope this store will be opened in my town.
地元のスーパーには立ち寄っちゃいますよね（笑）
I stopped by Super Market TOMIYA. I checked and purchased a dried soba noodle product here.
B級グルメ専門大衆食事処 鶴見食堂 元祖三田焼きそば。三田焼きそば？知ってますか？僕は知りません。
This is Tsurumi Dining, it seems their specialty is Mita Yakisoba. They say this is the originator of Mita Yakisoba. I haven't heard Mita Yakisoba. Do you know that?
関西のおらが蕎麦が横浜に進出しています！
There was Oraga Soba. I have thought Oraga Soba is the chain soba noodle restaurant in Kansai. I was surprised that Oraga Soba is expanding its business in Kanto area.
鶴見駅はかなり大きかったです。
Tsurumi Station was a big station. There were a lot of people there and I felt lively atmosphere here.
あきた美彩館で秋田のクラフトビールを買いました。ブドウの香り！いや、グレープフルーツの香り！美味しいです。
I bought a craft beer, HOPDOG BREWING HAZY IPA, at the antenna shop of Akita prefecture in Shinagawa area. This was more than 700 yen. It was expensive but I would like to contribute local economy. It was very good, this beer had grape or grapefruit aroma.
