実は横浜家系ラーメンはあまり好きではありません。でも買っちゃった(笑)、マルちゃんZUBAAAN横浜家系醤油豚骨。あれ？美味しいぞ。横浜家系の特徴である鶏油の脂っこさと塩辛さがありません。あれ？これって家系？(笑)

Despite I don't like Yokohama Iekei Ramen Noodles, I purchased Maru-chan ZUBAAAN Yokohama Iekei Tonkotsu Shoyu. Yokohama Iekei Ramen Noodles are characterized as pork bone broth, very salty and much amount of chicken oil on the surface of the soup. I have tried them several times but I just don't like them despite its popularlity in Tokyo and Yokohama city Kanagawa prefecture. I don't know myself why I purchased this despite I don't like. Perhaps, I would have liked to get a something topic of my blog.
I cooked this and I put toppings of roasted pork, boiled bamboo shoots, sliced green onions and boiled spinach. I also wanted to put nori seaweed sheets but I didn't have it.
The ramen noodles was good but I wouldn't have said it is Yokohama Iekei Ramen noodles because it was not too salty and oily. So, I added chicken oil more.
日清ラ王がリニューアルしたようです。濃厚とろまろ塩を買いました。おおっと！これスゴイ！麺がトゥルトゥル！本当に生麺みたい！カップラーメンもここまで来たか。
It seems that NISSIN RAOH was renewal. There were four new RAOH at the grocery store. I purchased RAOH rich salt taste soup. I was surprised at the quality of noodles very much. The noodles had smooth and crisp texture like real ramen noodles at ramen noodle restaurants. I felt this is the best quality of noodle ever in instant cup ramen noodle products.
