兵庫県三木市の鰹節の会社、ヤマヒデの業務用だし。サバ節、イワシの節、むろあじの節の混合節です。昔使っていましたが濾すのが面倒で使わなくなっていました。フィルターパックに入れて準備してみました。これで使いやすくなるかな?
Good day.
I used to use Yamahide professional use broth few years ago but I quitted to use it because it required additional process to cook for filtering after boiling. This is a mixed dried fish broth including mackerel, sardine and horse mackerel. I bought this again recently and I prepared in packing by filter packs bought at 100 yen shop. I am looking forward to cooking soba soup by this. By the way, Yamahide is a general company for dried broth and products are available in Tokyo but the company is in Miki city Hyogo prefecture.
I prepared 6 packs of the broth. 1 pack is around 20g. I assume that 20g broth for 500mL water would make the soup stronger.

 
いか天そばを作りました。いつものお汁と全く違います。お汁づくりって面白いなあ。終わりがありません。
I cooked squid tempura soba noodles by using the broth. The soup was different from soup I cook usually. I will buy a mixed dried fish broth by Marumo, including mackerel, soda bonito and bonito, next time. A journey of cooking soba noodle soup never ends.
 
豚肉そばも美味い!でもこのお出汁は好みではないかも。
I cooked pork soba noodles by the broth. The mixed broth makes the soup different but I realized the taste of soup is not my preference. I think the sense of discomfort comes from no bonito in the broth.
I can slice onions because I have a cooking knife know. The cooking knife makes my recipe expand.
 
 
自己流のお鍋。昆布と鰹節の出汁、塩と生姜などで味付けして、スライスした大根、レタス、ネギ、豚肉スライスと豆腐を入れました。これは優勝、めっちゃ美味い!
I cook a hot pot cuisine very often in winter. I cooked a hot pot cuisine by my original recipe. I cooked the soup by dried kelp and dried bonito, seasoned by salt, sugar, sake, soy sauce and pasted ginger. I put sliced Japanese radish, lettuse, green onion, sliced pork and tofu. This was really good.

 
もちろん〆はラーメン。カロリー取り過ぎ💦
でも麺は麦だから野菜ぺェ。無問題。
Of course, I cooked ramen noodles using the hot pot soup. It was really good. But I was afraid that I took too much calorie.
