This is Farmer's Soba Shop Mount Yotei Juwari Soba. According to the information on the package, the dried soba noodles produced by 100% buckwheat flour cultivated and harvested and milled by themselves in Hokkaido.

Steam process for 2 minutes is required after boiling for 4 minutes. These bubbles show genuine soba noodles made by 100% buckwheat flour.
 
ザラッとした食感、野暮ったい風味の田舎そばです。
これはとっても個性的ですね。ごちそうさまでした。
These soba noodles have rough texture and strong buckwheat flavor. It is like traditional soba noodles in countryside. I prefer more sophisticated soba noodles with smooth texture. If you look for unique dried soba noodles, this would be a good choice.
 
これは温そばには合いませんでした💦
The soba noodles were not suitable with hot soba noodles. It would be better that dried soba noodles made by 100% buckwheat are eaten as cold soba noodles.
