Good day, I'm glad you're here.
I am still on the journey of dried soba noodles. I am supposed to post about new dried soba noodles I have never tried. Of course, I know most of you are tired an article about dried soba noodles.
This is Shinshu Hachiwari Soba that is produced old tradition Sawa noodle factory. This is already introduced by GO Hashima, Rocket News 24.

This is a beautiful soba noodle.
 
この日はきつねそば。大阪ではたぬき。

お、八割そばらしく蕎麦の風味もしますし、歯ごたえや舌触りもいい感じです。好きなタイプです。

This soba noodles has smooth texture even thougth produced by 80% buckwheat flour. And it has slight but good buckwheat flavor. I prefer this.
 
すき家の牛丼。美味い、でも豚汁は要らんかった。。。松屋の牛丼がリニューアルされたみたいなので行かなくちゃ。
I ate a beef rice bowl on the other day at Sukiya near the office. I ordered Tonjiru (miso soup with pork) too. The beef rice bowl was good as usual but I didn't need to order tonjiru because it was cooked by a bad process. According to the Ameba blog article, it seems that a beef rice bowl of Matsuya is updated. I will visit Matsuya in my town soon to try new beef rice bowl.

I haven't taken DMM English lesson in Osaka during year-end to new-year. I started to take DMM English lesson again after coming back Tokyo. The thing that I haven't taken any English class for 20 days didn't affect my English skills at all. I can say it shows that I need to change my daily English practice to improve my English skills more.
