I cooked pork shabu shabu hot pot with cutting corner cooking process. I bought thin sliced pork shoulder imported from the US. I don't mind the place where pork, beef, chicken are from.
で、出汁を準備して肩ロースとサラダ用の千切り野菜を入れるだけ！これがめっちゃ美味い！
I cooked a soup by dried kelp and a packed dried bonito. I put the sliced pork shoulders and a shredded vegetables product for salad selling at a grocery store.
It was a simple recipe and time saving. But taste was very good.
で、低カロリーなので気にせず〆はラーメン。麺を茹でている間に、醤油、塩、ナンプラー、酒、鶏油で味を付けます。これまた美味しい！ごちそうさまでした。
After eating shabu shabu, I cookied ramen noodles. While boiling Chinese noodles, I seasoned the soup by soy sauce, salt, sake, Nampla and chicken oil. It was very good as well.
COEDOビールのダブルIPA、プリズム。めちゃめちゃ美味い。
Hot pot cuisines require alcohol to me. This is coedo PRISM, Double IPA. IPA is the abbreviation of Indian Pale Ale, means strong beer with preservability for voyage from England to India. Double IPA means more strong IPA brewed by much more amount of hops.
今や大人気の台湾ウィスキーKAVALAN。以前に飲んだハイボールは糖類とか色々入っていましたが、今回のものはシングルモルトと炭酸水のみ、期待大です。非常に個性的な味です。個人的には好きな味ではないですし、なぜこれが高い評価を得ているのか謎です。
This is KAVALAN Single Malt Highball. You know KAVALAN, if you are into whiskey. KAVALAN is a distillery in Taiwan, and getting popular now. And KAVALAN won the BEST WORLD DISTILLERY of the Year 2022. I tried KAVALAN Highball in the past, but it was bad due to containing sugar and other chemical seasonings. However, this is containing only whiskey and soda. I expected its real taste of KAVALAN but I didn't prefer its taste.
