Hi there, how are you?
I cooked pot-au-feu, soup with chicken and vegetables. I cooked it very well, it tastes very good. I live alone, so it is hard to manage a stock of ingredients. I bought quater cutted cabbage at the grocery store. I cooked a hot pot with beef innards and vegetables by using the cabbage. And the next day, I cooked pot-au-feu to use up the cabbage.
I bought mini tomatoes for the pot-au-feu, so I have to use them up next few days.
