メスカルセミナーを終えて

本日は日曜日の為、１９時～２４時での営業となります。

さて、営業前に講師を招きましてメスカルセミナーを行いました。

県内はもちろん、県外は埼玉、都内からも多くの方が集まっていただきましてありがとうございます。

明日からメスカルやメスカルカクテルがＳＮＳで飛び交うようになれば幸いです。

アガベシロップのティスティングやヒカラとノージンググラスグラスでのティスティングなど少し当初の予定よりも内容を広げてみました！

今日使ったカクテルベースに使える値段のメスカルは実際はもう少し高いそうです。インポーターの方が普及をしたい一心で値段を抑える努力をしてくれているそうです。

普及すればもっといろいろなメスカルが扱いやすくなるはずです。

講師を引き受けていただきましたフェリーさんありがとうございました。

「ブナハーブン２３年’91 ウィームス」

煙の糸（a Thread of Smoke）と題されたブナハーブン。

熟成物のアイラを入れていなかったので久しぶりに買ってみました。

ウィームスがローランドに立ち上げたキングスバーンズもそろそろウィスキーができる頃だろうか？

蒸留所長が自分よりも年下だと聞いてそんな時代なんだとショックを受けたものでした(笑)

No puse una isla de productos viejos, así que la compré por primera vez en mucho tiempo.

¿Será alrededor de la época en que el whisky se convierta en fuego de reyes? ¿Wemyss comenzó en Lowland?

Me sorprendió escuchar que el director de destilación es más joven que yo cuando escuché que es un momento (lol)

来期のメニューで２種類のスプマンテカクテルをオンメニューする予定ですが、何故だかそのタイミングで私の知り合いが５人程（それぞれつながりはない）イタリアに行っていたので現地の色々な情報を得ることができました。

おかげで無事スプマンテカクテルも完成したわけで。

Taste excelled! !

I plan to on-menu two kinds of Spumante cocktails in the next menu, why is it that why I got acquainted with various local information as I went to Italy (no connection each) my acquaintance at that timing I did it.

Thanks to that, Spountain cocktail was completed without incident.

Planeo poner en el menú dos tipos de cócteles Spumante en el siguiente menú, ¿por qué es que me familiaricé con la información local cuando fui a Italia (sin conexión alguna) a mi conocido en ese momento? Lo hice

Gracias a eso, el cóctel de Spountain se completó sin incidentes.
