今回のメニューで春野菜を色々試そうと思って、色々買った中で1番気に入った素材の蕾菜（つぼみな）。
ほんのり苦味があって乙な味です。
「川場ブリュワックシードル」
群馬県川場のふじリンゴを使ったシードル。
久しぶりの入荷です。
現在シードルは他国の物を合わせて5種類程用意しています。
3月22日〜24日はジャパニーズシードルの大瓶を大放出予定！
さて、3月がスタート！
今月のオススメシガーは何気に入れた事が無かったロメオジュリエッタのペティコロナスです。

「金柑のサイドカー」
珍しくオンメニューしていないものをご紹介。
色々あって新しいことに取り組まなくてはいけなくなり、その過程で生まれたカクテル。
なんのこっちゃ伝わらないと思いますが、とりあえずあと４杯限定です。

Presentamos cosas que no son inusuales en el menú.
Hay varias cosas para trabajar en cosas nuevas, un cóctel nacido en el proceso.
No creo que se transmita nada, pero por el momento solo son cuatro tazas más.

「山うどと春野菜のマリネ」
今期のフードメニューのテーマは春野菜。
内容は無くなり次第変わりますが、現在は山うどをメインに、こごみ、タラの芽、蕾菜、筍などです。
春を感じたいものですが、最近感じるのは花粉ばかり。
仕事終わりは大体サングラスにニット帽になるのですが、
そこにマスクが加わればあっという間に不審者の出来上がり。
毎日帰りに立ち寄るコンビニの店員がもう慣れたのか変わらぬ対応をしてくれるのがありがたい限り。

毎年抹茶のグラスホッパーは作っているのですが、
今回は初のホット版。
生まれて初めて桜の塩漬けを買いました。
さて、海外のお客様が大分増えてきた最近の当店。
おそらく初めてであろうイスラエルの方が来ていただけました。
以下つたない私のヒアリング力ですが得た情報。
間違えていたらすみません
・イスラエルで一番有名な料理はひよこ豆を使ったものらしい
・イスラエルでメジャーなお酒はアラックらしい
・イスラエルワインは美味しいらしい。
・イスラエルにもラーメン屋はあるけど日本のラーメンは凄い美味しかったらしい
ヘブライ語は理解不能(笑)

当店ではマルガリータではなくてメスカリータ押しです。
まぁ日本国内に通行手形が必要な場所があるかは置いといて、私のパスポートは無事できそうです。
昔は出来上がるまで一か月くらいかかったパスポート。
なんと今は一週間でできるようで！
