栃木リキュールさんのプティチマラカス（落花生リキュール）を何に使おうかと悩んで決めたバタフライフリップというカクテル。本来は落花生リキュールじゃなくてカカオリキュールで作るカクテルです。

A cocktail called Butterfly Flip, which I decided to use for the petit Maracas (peanut liqueur) from Tochigi liqueur. Originally it is a cocktail made with cacao liqueur, not a peanut liqueur.

We are on-menu as cigar cocktail of this term menu. Please relish it.

今回はエルダーフラワーリキュール練りこんでいます。

さて本日は１１年ぶりの竹内まりやのＴＶ出演に思いを馳せて気分はピーチパイです。

「さいたま産スティッキオのジントニック」

先日ゲストで来ていただいた大宮の山下さんが置いていったスティッキオ（スティックフェンネル）。

ヨーロッパ野菜を手掛ける埼玉の農家さんの作品で、スティッキオはイタリア野菜。イタリアでフェンネルはフィノッキオと言うんだそうな。

そのままかじって凄く美味しい！

シンプルにジントニックに仕上げました。

そこまで量はないので無くなり次第終了です。
