「エストラゴン スティルジントニック」
無炭酸ジントニックの第3弾。
元々無炭酸のジントニックはインフュージョンスピリッツを活かすのにとてもいいなと思っていました。
炭酸ありもいいですが、炭酸なしだから出る柔らかさや香りや味わいの広がりを楽しんでいただけたらと思います。
本日は第４水曜日なので勿論営業しております。

The third volume of non carbonated gin tonic.
I thought that originally carbonated gin tonic is very good for utilizing infusion spirits.
I think that it is good to have carbonic acid, but I think that you can enjoy the softness that comes out because there is no carbonic acid, the scent and the spread of taste.
Today is the fourth Wednesday so we open it.
(Closed holiday is the third Wednesday)

El tercer volumen de gin tonic no carbonatado.
Pensé que originalmente el gin tónico carbonatado es muy bueno para utilizar espíritus de infusión.
Creo que es bueno tener ácido carbónico, pero creo que puedes disfrutar de la suavidad que sale porque no hay ácido carbónico, el olor y la propagación del sabor.
Hoy es el cuarto miércoles así que lo abrimos.
(Las vacaciones cerradas son el tercer miércoles)
