「里芋とほうれん草のグラタン」
毎年恒例の自家製ホワイトソースのグラタン。
お店を始めた８年前に比べてほうれん草は１００円以上値上がったのではなかろうか？
じゃあ違う素材に変えたらいいじゃん！とか思ったりもしますが変えられずにいるわけで。
本日は出勤前の買い出しで豆腐と醤油と味醂を購入。
レジから電子音で「年齢確認が必要な商品があります」のアナウンス。
‥どれだ？(笑)
レジのおばちゃんに聞いてみようかと思いましたが、忙しかったので断念。
そんな感じで悶々としていますが本日も頑張りたいと思います。

Un gratinado anual de salsa blanca casera.
En comparación con hace 8 años, cuando empecé en las tiendas, parece que la espinaca aumentó más de 100 yenes.
Bueno, entonces es mejor que lo cambie a un material diferente! Estoy pensando, pero no puedo cambiarlo.
Hoy compré tofu, salsa de soja y sabor antes de ir a trabajar.
Un anuncio de productos electrónicos de la caja registradora "Hay un producto que necesita verificación de edad".
¿Cuál es? (Risas)
Pensé en preguntarle a la tía en la caja registradora, pero abandoné porque estaba ocupada.
Lo siento por ese sentimiento, pero me gustaría hacer mi mejor esfuerzo hoy.
