Finally, it will take time to restore the road network from the port to carry relief supplies. ..
From the above, it is necessary to stockpile food for at least 3 months.
These are too big to be done by the government.
The government can only store food in the early stages of the disaster, which is about two to three days.

以上の事から、最低でも3か月分の
食料の備蓄が必要
になりま
す。
これらは、大きすぎて、行政が行
える範疇を超えて
います。
行政が行えるのは、2日から3日程
度の量の、被災初期の食料
備蓄が限界でしょ
うから。
皆さんは、県民と話す機会がある
都度、一人一人が
自助努力
で、
自分の3か月分の食料を確保
できるように話を
してくださ
い。」

山と、海の、おおいなる和、「やまと」

In our country, we use the country name “Nihon” which means the country where the sun rises. This “Yamato” is the name of Japan that was used before the name “Nihon”
わが国では、日本と言う国名を用いる前まで、この「やまと」と言う国名を用いていました。
Water evaporates in the sea, rides on the wind, hits the mountains, and returns to the water as rain.
海から蒸発した水分は、かぜに乗って、山にぶつかり、雨となります。

水は、山から川を経て、海へと流れ、再び循環を繰り返します。
We humans are just one of the animals that live in this circulating natural environment.
私たち人間は、この循環する自然環境下で生きる、生物の一種に過ぎません。
