さて、前回の記事でミラノ-ヴェネチア間の列車の変更希望をメールで送ったと書きました。
しかし、

・・・。
はや１週間。
やっぱり、イタリアの会社だけあって返事がないのかな？と半分あきらめておりましたら昨日返事が届きました。
メールを出してから１週間が経過していましたが、返事があっただけでもよしとしなければ・・・。
しかし本文を見ると・・・。

It is not possible change your tickets on-line because you have
purchased the ticket with the Special -30% fare.

要はこのチケットでは変更できないよということですね。
この一文で終わりかなと思っていましたら、下にディスカウントティケットの説明が引用されていました。

Speciale Offer -30%
Until 12th December 2009 the Speciale Offer - 30% gives a discount of
about 30% in 2nd class only.
You can buy it at least 15 days in advance. You cannot add the benefits
of this discount to other reductions. The offer is valid on these trains
and on these connections:
AV/AV Fast : from Milano to Rome and Naples and return
ES* Fast : from Rome to Venice Mestre/S.Lucia, Padova, Verona, Genoa ,
Rimini, Bari, Brindisi, Lecce, Lamezia T., Reggio C., Villa S. Giovanni
and return.
The tickets is personal so, when on board, you will have to show a valid
ID document.
The offer has limited place availability, which vary according to day,
train and class.
If you choose a journey that uses trains not allowed under the offer,
you must buy separate tickets. The 5% discount on web, call center and
ticketless at travel agency doesn't apply to o the Speciale- 30% offer.

うーん、オンラインで予約したチケットは現地または指定の旅行会社で出発の２４時間前なら20％の手数料を払うことで一度だけ変更ができるようですが、オンラインでは変更できないということでしょうか。
こうなったら、予約をいったん取り消してから切符を取り直すしかないのかもしれません。
たぶん、取り消しはできるともいますので・・・。
（20%の手数料を払っても、ミラノ-ヴェネチアの直通列車を購入したほうが安くなります。）
上記のメールでは取り消し（返金）の条件について詳しい情報はありませんでしたが、「meno15 and meno30 offers」の説明ページに詳しい記載がありました。

Refunds
If you no longer intend to use your ticket and want to cancel your journey, you can request a refund only until 24 hours before train departure with a deduction charge of 20%. You can request a refund of card ticket at any ticket desk or at the travel agency you bought it from. You cannot obtain a refund afterwards. Refunds are not allowed on tickets of less than or equal to 10.00 €.
