ポ： Come on, Dave. It’s you, isn’t it? You just coined the phrase?

デ： That’s right, Laura. It’s short and to the point, better than saying “Don’t fight an enemy who you have no chance of beating down.”
そう。「どうしたって敵わない相手を敵に回すな」よりも判りいい。
ポ： Speaking of Godzilla, I can’t wait for the newest one coming out in streaming.
最新作、早く配信されないかなぁ。
デ： Godzilla-1.0. They like it a lot in America.
ゴジラ・マイナス・ワン。アメリカで大ヒットだね。
ポ： Why did it catch on so much?
なんで、そんなにウケたのかしら。
デ： They enjoy seeing Japan go back to rags, I’m not sure.
ボロボロになる日本見たさかな。知らんけど...。
ポ：Be that as it may, Godzilla is super strong.
それにつけてもゴジラは強い。
デ： You know, it’s obvious in its name.
だって、名前に表れてる。
ポ： How? そう？
デ： Godzilla includes God. No wonder it has no enemy.
ゴジラはGodを含んでる。無敵な訳だ。
