ここ数年のコミュニケーションの変容は本当に面白いです。
以前は新聞でしか知りえなかったことが（情報の流れ：一方通行、タイムラグ：1-2日）
ブログにより個人から知ることが出来るようになり（双方向性、2-3日）
SNSではコミュニティという枠でより詳細情報までも得られます。
足あと、ログイン情報でタイムラグも大幅に減りました。（双方向、数時間）
twitterや弊社のWassr ではそのタイムラグはぐっと縮み秒単位で
多くの人と双方向のコミュニケーションが取れるようになりました。
先日アメリカYahooが1000人規模のレイオフを実施しましたが
twitterでその様子を克明に書いている面白い記事を
