Today's cooking _ ごくありふれた餃子の一品

A usually normal 'jiao-zi' dish.
ごくありふれた「餃子( ぎょうざ )」の一品( ひとしな )

近頃は、餃子は約百円プラス消費税で買えると思います。

さて、私はそれを外をカリッと、

中はジューシーに調理しようと思います。

●directions●

まず、ムラ (外と内部の温度差) を減らす目的で、

電子レンジで温めます。

なので、なるべくお湯に触れないように、

ギョーザを上の方に移動させます。

 

皮は厚くもなく薄くもなく、ちょうど良い。

さすがにレベルが高い。
