人中短縮の傷跡修正です

ほくろを切除するモデルです．

要するに，『長く切りたくないけど，長く切らないと変形する』

人中短縮も同様で

鼻翼幅のデザインで切除を試みますが，無理があると思います．

短い切開線で強引に縫い寄せた結果，

鼻翼基部は笑ったときに盛り上がり，

傷は負荷がかかるので，開いてしまいます．

また，口唇は『富士山』にもなります．

修正は，思い切って法令線方向で処理しました．
