カラーマッチ、テクスチャマッチは良いのですが、
笑うと植皮の継ぎ目が山の稜線のように直線的に目立ちます。
微調整は斜切開Z形成を行いました。
直線瘢痕を分断しました。
長い瘢痕は目立ちます。Zで分断すると目立ちにくくなります。
