良くある鼻翼縮小後の瘢痕修正。
鼻翼縮小は縮小の程度が大きいほど、誤魔化しがききません。
ギャザーになりながら誤魔化して縫うのですが、誤魔化しにも限界があります。
モコつく瘢痕になってしまいます。
結局はDog ear変形をどの方向で修正するか？ になります。
法令線方向しかありません。
４５度の斜切開をお勧めします。
１cm程度切開していますが、ほとんど目立たないのがわかります。
