リソースを決めるのは何か？
We've said decisions shape destiny, which is my focus here.
決断が運命を作ると言いました
If decisions shape destiny, what determines it is three decisions.
その決断には３つあります
What are you going to focus on?
何に集中するか
Right now, you have to decide what you're going to focus on.
集中するところを すぐ決める必要があります
In this second, consciously or unconsciously,the minute you decide to focus on something
意識するにせよ しないにせよ集中するものを決めた瞬間
you've got to give it a meaning,
それに意味付け するようになり
and whatever that meaning is produces emotion.
そして意味は 感情を生み出すのです
Is this the end or the beginning?
これは終わりなのか始まりなのか？
Is God punishing me or rewarding me,
神は罰しているのか報いているのか
or is this the roll of the dice?
あるいはサイコロの目に過ぎないのか
An emotion, then, creates what we're going to do or the action.
そして感情が 行動を引き出すのです

何にフォーカスするか？
集中すると、
それに意味づけし、感情が生まれる
そして感情が行動を生み出す
集中するものを先ず見つけるのが大事で
そして選別するのも難しいものですね。
今の私がそれで
したいものがたくさんあり
それをどう選別して
フォカスしていくか、
それが課題です。。
