Long ride to Westborough today, but I had such a great session with members at Integrated Martial Arts.
They worked really hard and I was so happy to share some MMA based No-Gi grappling with them.
Some of them are competing soon, so hope I gave them a good help.
Had an another long ride to Somerville for team practice tonight... I wanna be able to do teleportation like a Goku!

ウエストボローという町でノーギのグラップリングを教えてきました。総合のグラップリングと柔術ベースとでは動きが違いますから生徒さんは新鮮な感じでした。
中には試合を控えてるメンバーもいるようなので、タテキのテクニックが勝利につながるといいな
その後はボストン戻ってチーム練習！あー忙しい
