「教育学部」を卒業した私は塾講師をしている。学校が「ブラック企業」扱いをされる職場環境であることは、ようやく知れ渡りました。優秀な人材は予備校・塾などの方が高給で待遇が良いのだから、教師になる理由がありません。実際、全国的に教員採用試験の倍率が落ちて教師志望の学生はほとんどいません。教員不足が深刻化しています。
しかし、良い授業を受けたければ「動画授業」の方が地元の学校の教師より分かりやすい指導をしてくれます。それも、何度も繰り返し見ることが出来る。質問したければChatGPTが答えてくれる。それも、相手は機械だから上から目線ではなく何回でも説明してくれる。
この状況で、なんでわざわざ通学時間を犠牲にして学校に行かなければならないのか？着る服、髪型、持ち物を管理・強制される。会いたくない同年代の集団に囲まれなくてはならない。使用する教材は限定される。クラブ活用や生徒会の参加を強要される。何一つ良いことがない。

Nothing is ever good enough.
