前半は社内公募に係るサポートに感謝するメールです。リュウタロウは自分の上司であるグレイスに社内公募に係るお礼のメールを出します。

まず件名です。internal open callは「社内公募」という意味です。 続いてメールの本文です。

まず、シンガポール支社のマーケティングマネージャーのポストに選ばれたという報告から入っています。

これまでのサポートに感謝しています。あなたのサポートがなかったら?というくだりもいいですね。
see the light of dayは文字通り「日の目を見る」という意味です。
そして今回のポイントはこちらです。
I've always had the desire to work in Southeast Asia, and I'm eager to embrace this opportunity and give it my best effort. I can't wait to apply all the insights I learned from you in my new role.
I'm eager to embrace～のembraceは「抱きしめる」という意味ですがembrace this opportunityで「この機会を逃さずに大事に育てていく」という意味になります。
I can't wait to apply all the insights I learned from you in my new role.は上司の教えを生かしたいという気持ちの入ったコメントです。

このI appreciate your continued support.は、日本語の「引き続きよろしくお願いします」のような漠然とした決まり文句ではなく、本当にサポートお願いしたいときに使う人です。
メール全体に感謝の気持ちがあふれていますね。このようなお礼メールは、パーソナルタッチをしっかり盛り込むことがポイントです。

Continuous supportや Continual supportと言いたくなるかもしれませんがどちらもネイティブの間では使われません。Continuous は「絶え間なく続けて(その間ずっと）」、Continual は、「断続的に続けて(いつもでなくていいから必要なときに）といった意味があります。1番自然な言い方がContinued (変わらない・継続した)Supportなので覚えておきましょう。

みなさんならどのように表現しますか?考えてみましょう。

ハマっている感じを表すのに使えるフレーズです。この他にこんな表現をすることもできます。
It couldn't be a better match for you.
あなたにとってこれ以上ぴったりなポストはないでしょう
という言い方です。ここでcan'tではなくcouldn'tとなっているのは、「もしあったとしても」という含みです。

ここからはチャットメッセージを見ていきましょう。
テーマは、退職する人が同僚にメッセージを送るです。
リュウタロウの同僚のマリアムは、退職にあたってチームメンバーにメッセージを送ります。

いかがでしたか?短いメッセージの中に感謝の気持ちをしっかり盛り込んでいますね。
Shibata: What's your impression of this chat message?
Jenny: The overall impression is casual, as is typical of chat messages. Mariam says "new adventure" for a job change. Also, in a sentence "Can't thank you enough for your support.", the subject "I" is omitted.
Shibata: Right.
ジェニーさんが言っていた通り、転職をnew adventure(新しい冒険)と言ったり。Can't thank you enough～の主語Iも省略されたりしています。チャットメッセージらしく、全体的に砕けた感じですね。
そして今回のポイントです。
今後についてはLet's stay connected.と今後も繋がっていたいというひと言を盛り込んでいます。
今度はリュウタロウがマリアムにメッセージを送ります。マリアムが退職すると寂しいという気持ちを伝えようとしています。
あなたが私たちのチームにいなくなるのは寂しいです。
このように言う場合、何て言えばいいでしょうか?
ジェニーさん、お願いします。

youを主語にした言い方です。この他にどんな表現をすることができるでしょうか?

We'll feel your absence in our team.

チームではあなたがいないことを感じるでしょうという言い方ですね。
いなくなるとチーム内でのあなたの存在の大きさを感じる。という含みを持たせることができます。さらにWe'll all miss you.ということもできます。
