Lidia Grace: Yes, there are many opportunities for HR professionals to evolve and contribute in new and meaningful ways. It's all about adapting to the changes that AI will bring to the table. Remember when HR was called personnel? I wonder what's next?
Jane Rosenberg: It's akin to how secretaries evolved into administrative professionals or office managers. Their roles expanded beyond typing and filing, and they now juggle traditional duties with new responsibilities related to technology and communication.
