finalizeは最終的に確定させるというときに使われます。
そして今回のポイントの英文はこちらです。

議事録を送るときの決まり文句です。for your reviewの一言で、内容を確認してもらうという目的を示すことができます。この文をこのまま覚えてしまいましょう。やるべき事項が明確でわかりやすいメールになっていますね。
それではここで千夏のメールのシャドーイングに挑戦しましょう。メールを声に出して読むことは、自分がメールを書くときだけでなく、実際に会話をするときにも役立ちます。ジェニーさんの英語を聴きながら影のように付いて音読しましょう。テキストは見ずにやってみましょう。
今度は台湾支社のホアンさんから千夏に台湾の状況について報告メールが来ました。メールの中に次の日本語に相当する英文があります。みなさんならどのように表現しますか考えてみましょう。
納期には十分間に合いますのでご安心ください。
Please rest assured that the products will arrive well in time to meet the deadline.
Please rest assured (ご安心ください)は応用が利く便利な表現です。
Well in timeのwellは「余裕を持って」という意味です。
例えば
「10%は優に超えている」という場合には、well above 10 %ということができます。
この他にこんな表現をすることもできます。
The delivery will comfortably meet the deadline so you can be at ease.
you can be at easeも「ご安心ください」という意味のフレーズです。
comfortablyには「余裕を持って」という意味があります。

相手の知りたい情報を過不足なく提供しているメールですね。
まず冒頭の文です。相手の国の言語での呼びかけは、親しみを持たせる仕掛けとして時々使ってみるといいと思います。
そして報告事項について述べた後 I'll keep you updated on any developments. という文を入れています。「何か進展があったら知らせる」というときの決まり文句ですね。覚えておくと便利です。
updated の代わりに posted また informed を使うことができます。
postedの場合は同じように
I'll keep you posted on any developments.となります。
informed を使う場合は informed of の形を取るので
I'll keep you informed of on any developments.となります。

要件としては、議事録をアップロードした。補助金の件はまた新しい情報が入り次第、知らせる。ということですね。
いいミーティングだったとした上で、チームの一体感を高める工夫がなされています。
そして今回のポイントの英文は何でしょうか？
Shibata: Jenny, what is the key sentence in this email?
Jenny: It got pretty intense at times, but in the end we wrapped it up on a positive note.
Shibata: That's right. What do you think about the sentence?
Jenny: I think it expresses a tense meeting, but ends on a positive note.
Shibata: Well, it's important that participants feel that the discussion was worthwhile.
intense は、ミーティングに関しては、激論になったときや長時間に及んだときに使われます。終わったらどっと疲れるような感じでしょうか。
wrap up は「包む」「まとめる」という意味で、最後にうまくいい方向にまとめる、というニュアンスです。
千夏は、ジョーのメッセージに対して、エールをひと言送ろうとしています。
「助成金の件は、あなたに期待しています」
という一言は、こんな風に言うことができます。
We're counting on you for the subsidy matter.
count onは 「～に頼る」「～ををあてにする」という意味です。「あなたにかかっている」 ということで、期待している文脈にピッタリです。
このほかにどんな表現があるでしょか。
Shibata: Could you provide us with an alternative sentence?
Jenny: It's also possible to say, "We're relying on you for the subsidy issue".
Shibata: It will be delightful to be praised as in this way.
rely on～も「～を頼りにする」という言い方です。

you've got thisは「あなたならできる」と応援するときのフレーズです。
If we manage to get it～の文のgame changerは「ゲームの流れを大きく変えるもの」という意味の言葉です。ビジネスをゲームに例えた言い方ですね。そして自分もサポートするということ伝えています。
Shibata: Jenny, How is Chinatsu conveying her commitment to support as much as she can?
Jenny: She is expressing it with the phrase, "I'll be doing my homework too, to support the cause".
Shibata: "Support the cause". Yes, it conveys our intention to cheer on.
自分も精一杯サポートする姿勢を述べています。頼もしいメッセージですね。今日のテーマはミーティング後のフォローアップメールを出すでした。
