宗教の目的は体験です。永遠に迷いを離れ生死を超えた境地に救われる体験です。これを換言すると真理との邂逅です。これを自ら体験し伝えるのが宗教者の役目です。数ある宗教の中で、私は浄土真宗を選択しました。ほかの宗教によっても同じように救われることがあるかもしれません。人間だけではなく、まだ出合っていない異星人、動植物、AIなども救われるかもしれません。それは私には分かりません。ただ、私は地球に人間として生まれているので人間との対話を通して真理との邂逅の体験を目指します。
浄土真宗では南無阿弥陀仏の名号を最も大切にします。ここに真理が全て収まっているからです。木像、絵像などでは迷ったイメージを妄想するので、本尊は文字で表現するほうが私は教を伝えるのに相応しいと感じます。
宗教を伝えるとき、理論から入る場合、感情から入る場合、もう一つ真理から授けられる経験があります。木像、絵像なども子どもや初めて宗教に触れる人たちにとっては真理との邂逅の助けにはなりますけれど、最終段階でそれを抽象化し、無や空といったニュートラルなものにする必要があります。真理とは色も形も匂いも大きさもないものなので、偽物の真理を廃する必要があるからです。その上で自身の力（やってきた善など）が全て間に合わないとしらされたとき、他力すなわち真理との邂逅が訪れます。
真理の海のようなものの中に自身が位置する感覚が得られ、それが臨終まで続きます。死後は仏になりいまだ救われていない人たちのために阿弥陀仏と共に菩薩道の行いをすることになります。
聞いてこられた方に応じて、浄土真宗の法義を話したり、ライフヒストリーを聞いたり、イラストを使ったりいろいろしていました。この頃はテレパシーのようなもので伝えられないかと試みています。

The purpose of religion is experience. It is the experience of being saved to a place beyond life and death, away from the eternal wanderings of the world. In other words, it is a chance encounter with the truth. The role of a religious person is to experience and convey this to others. Of all the religions, I have chosen Jodo Shinshu. Other religions may save you in the same way. Not only human beings, but also aliens, animals, plants, AI, etc. that we have not yet encountered may be saved. I do not know. However, since I was born on earth as a human being, I aim to experience an encounter with the truth through dialogue with humans.
In Jodo Shinshu, the name Namu Amidabutsu is the most important. This is because all truth is contained in this name. I feel that it is more appropriate to convey the teachings by expressing the principal image in writing, because wooden or painted images give the impression of being lost.
When I convey religion, there are cases where I start from theory, cases where I start from feelings, and there is another experience that is given by the Truth. Wooden statues, pictures, etc. can help children and newcomers to religion to encounter the truth, but at the final stage, they need to be abstracted and made neutral, like nothingness or emptiness. Truth has no color, shape, smell, or size, so it is necessary to abolish false truths. When one's own power (such as the goodness that has come to one's mind) is found to be insufficient, then an encounter with another power, that is, the truth, will occur.
This is the feeling of being situated in an ocean of truth, which lasts until death. After death, you become a Buddha and do the Bodhisattva work with Amida Buddha for the sake of those who have not yet been saved.
Depending on the person who asked, I would talk about the Dharma of Jodo Shinshu, ask them about their life history, use illustrations, and so on. At this time, I am attempting to communicate through a kind of telepathy.
